De Regenboog Groep faced the challenge of structurally maintaining and further modernizing their ECR. There were various wishes for new functionalities and improvements.

Discovery Phase
We started with a thorough Discovery phase, during which we got acquainted with the organization and performed an extensive analysis of the existing system. We mapped out the current status, architecture, and interdependencies.
Further Development
By combining replacement, rewriting, and adding both existing and new code and functionalities, we will focus on modernizing and future-proofing the ECR.
This will lead to a more stable and reliable web application with improved performance and room for future expansions.
